Cancellation
We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
Returns
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you whether the refund is approved or denied. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially credited. Next, contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time for the refund to be credited. If you have completed all the operations and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
